The New Year’s Eve party was fun, and the fireworks display was impressive. The hot tub outdoors was also very enjoyable with its warm water and great view of the mountains. The hotel’s proximity to local hiking trails and scenic drives was also a plus.

The room was not well-maintained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, and the carpets were stained and dusty. The heating system was also malfunctioning, making the room uncomfortably cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and service was slow and disorganized. our experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
